hmm.. before i post up the LA entries that i had promised.. i just want to share one of my favorite in scenes in Across the Universe.. if you haven't heard of that yet.. it's actually a tribute movie to The Beatles.. a psychedelic musical featuring icon songs by The Beatles, sung by the awesome cast and i salute to the awesome renditions which didn't mess up the original songs at all.. Aside from recalling how awesome The Beatles were and still are, the movie also looks back and replays one of the important parts of American history, the diversion of the 60s teen generation, the emerging of struggling artists, musicians, and hippies, and of course the infamous Vietnam War and the heavy emotions of protest and drafting..

so anyways if you want to know who the cast are and what the story is about or you just want to know more.. DARN IT.. search it yourself..

i'm not sure if the movie was really released in the theaters .. or if it was, maybe just at selected areas.. i never heard about it here in Fremont.. i just saw the trailer when the DVD was about to be released and my heart just fell when i heard the songs and how hot Jim Sturgess' brit accent is.. [i love how he says "girl"].. its cool how the main character's name are Jude and Lucy [if you're a Beatles fan you'll get it]..

oh.. my favorite song in the movie would be Strawberry Fields probably, that scene was awesome too.. but anyways.. i loved the psychedelia scene of I Am The Walrus.. which hopefully i would want to experience but i know is nearly as impossible a meeting all 4 Beatles..

argh!! never mind.. I LOVE THE WHOLE MOVIE.. [lol.. i watched it again].. the Being For The Benefit of Mr. Kite scene was.. was.. sheeesh.. im lost for words.. i was gonna say awesome but i guess i just overused that word in this entry.. oh..
